I have an AMD 1.2mhz Thunderbird chip. Who here is running a slower pc and can use this chip to upgrade?
I was running this chip at 1.4 mhz overclocked with the standard fan and it worked fine, hopefully you can too.

I have a friend .... Argryll running a PII 500.  IF there are no takers

I could rebuild his box and that would be a nice surprise for when he gets back.

Argyll is due back around Halloween.  I spoke to him on a real bad phone connection last week.  He was patroling around some ex-communist airbase with tunnels going miles underground.

There was still hundreds of 500lb bombs in there getting ready for disposal.  He has some pics to send .. if he ever gets them developed.
