A big  right_salute to Baumer and Drone for basically running the show.   After 5 straight days of sledding in the U.P. of Michigan I was whooped for sure.

I have to say that all considered, I felt we provided very good escort, and kept the enemy off the bombers.  Baumer, your #'s comment before you logged was 100% truth imo   thumbsup

We got some assist's and a kill or 2.  We ran into some 109G2's early, and kept them away quite nicely.

A bit later we ran into a fairly nice size flight of G14's.  Again I thought we did a nice job.  Yes, we lost some bombers, and several of us went down, but the bombers made their run, dropped a number of targets, and went on home.  Considering the squad flying those G14's, and the numbers........ We did fine.  I do however wonder where the CJ's 51's were.... I never saw them  icon_scratch

 Baumer:  Flight lead
 Drone: Comms officer
