Happy Day After. Smiley

Had a busy day on the 4th. Went to a rare baseball game (not much into sports), but they had some fireworks afterwards. We got home late. Had a fun time. Smiley

Here's hoping all of you had a great 4th  occasion14.  It was BBQ sandwiches and potato salad here followed by an incredible fireworks display.  Our small town of Lincoln (basically a suburb of Bismarck if you will) allows fireworks in the city and Bismarck does not.  While they aren't as large as the professional ones, it is pretty impressive what you can get these days.  We can't afford them but most of the people here spend quite a bit on them.  Their friends and relatives all bring theirs as well as they can't fire them in Bismarck.  As a result the city erupts in a continual fireworks display for 2-3 hours that is absolutely amazing.  It is a 360 degrees of noise, color and smoke.  No matter what direction you face your seeing fireworks.  It absolutely impresses me every year.

Spent most of mine working on a new roof for deck after wind damaged our old one.

Fireworks mostly provided by Mother Nature, cold front came through Mon evening just in time to shut down the festivitys.

F2 tornado within 20 miles, but it wasn't tracking even close to us.

Quick hit and miss type.

I had to work. I did spend most of the weekend on EVE. It seems I'm hooked on that to. It seems not to be as shakey as AH2 on the road. Ventrilo still does funny things on wifi. Will be home on the 19th will try to fly then.

I hope everyone had a great day.
