daddog, droptine, and Rayl49 were in the duelling arena when I got logged in.

I've been fighting back spasms and pain all weekend, or I would have moved us to an MA to actually try to accomplish something.  Sorry about that.

Was anybody else on before that?

We flew a couple flights.. fed some tempests/typhoons and spits.

I saw daddog land 3 kills once. WTG!

What is up with your back? I hate back problems and I can relate.

I herniated a disk about 6 years ago.  They gave me a shot of some steroid stuff that acted as grease between the spinal nerve and the herniation ( was an inside bubble, within the spine itself )

Ever so often I do something stupid like a day of heavy lifting or bending over and one of my muscles decide to spasm sending my lower spine into lockdown and nerves screaming bloody murder to my brain.

So I go see the doctor ..  he gives me a few days worth of muscle relaxants to stop the spasm, and a prescription of hydro-codone to ease the pain.  Unfortunately, it takes a few days for all that to kick in so I can move quasi-regularly again.

I got hit Friday night after fighting with my wife's computer that died.  Got to see the DR on Monday and got the necessary drugs to continue.   I'm back to where it doesn't take too much effort to be able to put socks on again.

Getting old sucks..
