Got a chance to tour some caves in SD a couple years ago..   Glad I'm not one of those claustrophobic types..lol.

I went down into a cave tour in the Black Hills area of SD some 10 years ago, was a strange experience.
I liked it, but it felt really really weird. Not so sure I would choose to do that one again.

i did a little caving when i was young, crawling though tunnels on my belly and stuff, it was very fun. can't do it now I'm the wrong shape and not that flexible these days.  icon_biggrin

I did some caving when I was younger too (hate saying that). It was fun. Preferred to rock climb and did a lot of that with some Yosemite climbs under my belt. Smiley

That is nice but I hate articles like this.

I bet that cave didn't form last year and I bet the people that "discovered" it aren't the first people to go inside.
I sound cynical I know but I don't believe Columbus "discovered" America either. It was here long before he got lost. mblah05

I used to do a little spelunking when I was younger too there are a bunch of Caves around where I live.
