Well we went to midwar and tried to do a combined arms attack on a V base. We were close to getting it, but due to unfamiliarity with the new layouts, we missed the 4th VH and a protracted fight broke out.

Was a good night, we "almost" had it. Lots of good tank vs tank option, and I got 3 in an A20 which was a blast.

I would really like to do that again! I have never been in a GV assault, therefore, I have no experience.Sorry I tied up the
comm' with questions.I learned a lot of info and no doubt, will learn more.
I can't thank any one, so here's to every one who was there.

You did fine Mook. Except for about 5 minutes that Mace ambushed us we held the line and dealt out more then we took. After
everyone else logged I drove my M4 back out past the spawn and landed 7 kills and 14 perkies. So I got some of those 72 Tiger
perkies I lost when Mace ambushed us.

On a side note, we (I) had a friendly fire accident. It happened when I chased Mace down as he was trying to land his
ambush kills. I hit him as he was almost to his base. We were both going top speed and I timed one of his turns at
1600 yds to finish him off. I then turned hard to retreat from the base. I was still in the main gun sight steering with
my rudder pedals when a T34 filled my gunsight! I immediately opened fire and reported "T34 right on top of me!" The
first hit didn't kill him so I opened fire with my secondary machine gun while the main gun reloaded. I'm thinking come on,
come on load faster! Finally I heard the breach go clank and let lose another round dead into the side of this T34
and I'm in the tower. Next thing I hear is Mook saying " I'm in a T34 ". I laughed for a solid minute. Had a blast last night.

Well after last nights experience I've started updating the clipboard maps.

Here's a first pass at the V base, I plan on adding more detail later.

Ah, the fun of a good tank battle , me and Kansas pushed them all the way back to their base last night again.  We were both playing until we got killed, I don't hink either of us expected to last as long as we did.  I think I had 4 or 5 kills before I died just outside the base.

That was the plan, but Mook resupplied me when I was tracked and I ended up landing 7 kills after you logged.        Thanks again Mook

I thought we were going to get overrun one time but Ghosth came swooping in and stopped them in their tracks.
I never got bombed ( which was refreshing ) thanks to the Dogs that were in the air supporting us.   

I did get attacked by a rocket barrage close to the end, boom boom boom boom..............  looked like I was on the moon for all the
craters around me. Too bad I didn't film any of it.
