I have been struggling with me Video card with iRacing. I had a GeForce 7300gs 256mb sound card. I would only get 25-30 fps with minimal video settings. Sometimes the fps would drop below 25 and it was almost imposable to drive.

Today I bought a GeForce GT240 1GB DDR3 video card along with a new 400 watt power supply and now with maximum video setting my fps are normally around 60-75 fps and sometimes up to 100fps on some of the fast sections of the oval. The Graphics are Awesome.... It's like a different game, I had no idea what I was missing.

It is much easier to drive, I would say 25% of my incidents were caused by my video card. I have already picked up a second on most of the road courses.
