For being the sole survivor of a mission and returning to base to land. All other squad members were killed or bailed.

I practiced for about an hour yesterday, refreshing the manual calibration procedure in my mind. It helped that we didn't get mauled before the first target, but I'd say we leveled 71 pretty good.
