When i'm playing AH i have started getting a message "Lost UDP session switch to to TCP". Shortly after i will get disconnected. This started last friday in the T/A before the FSO and what caused my disco as we RTB in the FSO.

What is causing this and how do i fix it?

May be beyond your control.

Most likely caused by a bad hop between you and HTC down in texas.

The only way to find it is to use ping plotter, or visual route.
Get the ip for an arena from ping details button in the arena select screen.

I'd choose an empty arena such as WWI #3 or SEA.

Put the ip in and let it run sending packets back and forth.

When you get the warning, it means packets are getting lost, not arriving.
So it trys to switch to a more robust method (udp to tcp) Which may or may not help depending on the cause.

Often its just a case of overloaded networks, or a hop down for repair.
If it continues you can try putting pressure on your ISP to change its routing, or fix it.
Sometimes the only long term fix is to change ISP.
