Go here http://download.cnet.com/OneStop-Video-Converter-Basic/3000-2194_4-75206035.html?tag=mncol;10 for a free download of OneStop Video Converter from the cnet Download.com website.  The program is completely free and has a 5 star user rating.  I have used this website many times and have never had any problems downloading from them.  Hope this does the job for you!

Download.com or cnet (same thing, place) is also my favorite place to find good software.

I've yet to have a problem with any software they recomended.
