 I want to thank you guys for your help.I believe I've solved some of the problem of my frame rates.I was flying offline and when I exited the game,I got an install error message.I found that I did indeed install it improperly.
So i completely deleted all AH files and downloaded every thing again,Game & Maps (no skins).
 You see the result:Sunday,no probs,FSO,no probs.
Funny how frustration can goad one into action.
 Ghosth and JDog's suggestions also help a great deal.
