I've been flying offline and my frame rates still slow down to 3 or 2.It's my stupid computer,right?Or maybe it's stupid me.I have connection issues and thot that was the problem,maybe not.  |

I have read that Game Booster was a big resource hog and it slowed more down than it sped up. Also if you have any of these crazy sound packs running around causes game problems too.

Mook what OS you running on that laptop?
Cause if its Vista you should upgrade to Win 7.
If its XP chances are its long overdue for a format, reinstall.

Ghosth,my OS is Win.XP Pro.I have owned a computer for 11 mos.Don't know"format,reinstall".I learn something every day,but I am still very ignorant of many technical aspects.Consider me the dumb one in the back of the room.  ps It's a 5 yr old, Dell D 600,Latitude laptop.  |

Crazy sound packs,Flushed?This is becoming more of a pain as I go along.Maybe I should just quit.
Everyone I talk to assumes I know as much about computers as they do,well I don't.

Thanks to Ghosth and JDog,my gear is running much better.Flew for 3 hrs today,Frame Rate didn't go below 35. I'm saving up for a better rig.Until then,please bear with.  |
