Software for burning CD images onto hard drive?

Hey gents!

Does anyone know the name of a software program that partitions your hard drive into small chunks, then copies the contents of your CD-ROM's onto those partitions, so that you no longer have to keep loading your CD-ROM's into the drive to play a game?

I know daddog recently got a copy of this software, thought maybe he or one of you would know what it's called.
