Glary utilities, has a very easy to run registry cleaner, along with a full set of other stuff.
HIGHLY recomend running this once a month just to clean house. Run this AFTER the driver cleaner. Just to make sure.

Step by step directions. Only difference would be if you would use the drivers on the disk that came with the card, or if you went and got the latest drivers for that series card. (which might solve problems, improve performance)

I have used Glary Utilities for a while as Ghosth suggested and can attest to the fact that it greatly improves my performance.  Well, not mine but my computers!
