If you have Xfire installed then when I spot you (or you anyone else) you can just right click on their name and join the game from there. It takes a couple minutes, but no longer than if you did it normally. Gone is the 'searching' in the multiplayer screen trying to find the right server.

It is an easy download and install.
Several in our squad use it.
Myself, SunKing, sondog, Makarov, Speede, ASA if I recall, and some others that don't come to mind off the top of my head. Jake (the new applicant uses it).
