AH Terrain Editor

I am trying to creat some of my own maps but can't get the TE to run.
It says TE has performed an ill-eagle (can't spell it (sick Bird) operation
and closes the program down from the get go.
I have tried installing it on all 4 computers in my house with the same outcome.
I don't know if I got a file corruption in the download or not.
I have uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it several times with the same result.
I am now downloading it again to start over.
If anyone might know the answer to my problem or offer a suggestion
I would greatlly appreate it, and what are the minium system requirements.

I have searched the AH BB for answers and can't find any.

min. system requirements are rediculously low for ah nowadays, even the editor. Pretty much any computer you're running will be at least 2x the requirements (they havn't changed in the 2(3?) years I've been flying).

I'm not sure what your problem would be, since it uses the same engine as the game. Maybe its trying to load a bad map? you might want to delete any setting files it comes with. that might do something.

Problem solved I guess it was the first download.
reinstalled the new file downloaded and it works
perfictly.

   I even made a map with a Giant Pizza on the island........
