Only one thing to say.

WOOOOOOOT!

Considering that we didnt find cons till the frame was almost over, just an excellent showing IMHO. And next frame, since we've done our "loyal duty" time, hopefully we'll get to pound the attackers a bit more directly. <Salivates at the thought of 25 fighters hitting attackers at once>

Man that was a long frame. The lack of action for A flight and many others added to the time dragging by.
Odd about the logs. Says sondog crashed, but he landed on the runway. He said he broke his wing after a messed up landing and then did a .ef that took him to the tower, but he did not crash.

The only action A flight saw was in the last 15 minutes.

Kodos to Lucky who saved my bacon twice when I could not shake a persistent F4U.

Dogma met with great frustration when Team Speak was causing him grief. He logged off right after we took of.  Embarrassed

B Flight had a blast in typical Mongrel fassion occasion14
Big <S> to Sondog (Pup) for bagging those 2 seafires, I tell you that kid is a force to be
reckoned with, maybe thats why we saw no action most of the frame...they knew Sondog
was in the air and where scared of getting shot down....

Any way was a great flight guy's and sorry I didn't make it back in time to land
but I wasn't leaving my wingman Bison till either we made it back or he
went in the drink. icon_salut Bison you almost made it back buddy.

And last but not least Teereex great job on leading B flight sir. occasion14

What happened to some of A flight?

I am thinking that at some point in the frame (maybe after several in each flight have been shot down A flight should tune back to 132 so those that lost their wingman can hook up and communicate.

Sorry guys.  I was trying to set up Teamspeak and also map a key on my stick to the TS transmit around 10:30 when TS crashed, TrackIR decided I wasn't wearing the headset, and the Saitek software lost all my settings.  I had to log off the game quickly before I got booted from the squad for swearing nonstop.  I would have been on earlier messing with it, but it was 'date night' with the wife.

My wife asked me why I play this game if it pisses me off so bad.  I told her it was the equipment, not the game (usually, heh)

I don't know if TS is going to work for me... it really hits my Frame rate hard for some reason.

HTC really needs to make the radio system better ingame.

I had the same idea DD. The only way this 2 flight will work if we have close the equal numbers on each flight. Maybe we don't need a serious flight and a relax flight.... we just need two good Mongrel flights.

I'm with Tee on this... I don't know that the 'serious'ness of flights is as important as the sheer numbers all on one channel.. Unfortunately with the primitiveness of AH radio and the problems with TS so far, I don't know if this is fixable.

TS seems to work fine for some and not for others.
I have no trouble running both, I could be the liason for B flight
on TS to convey any info that needs to get to us since I am very familiar with TS,
If of course thats what you want.
Or perhaps instead of all of A flight having to be on TS
since A flight is going to use 133 vox maybe only
the Flight Leads and Group leads should use TS for orders
and command communications and can then relay that info on
vox 132 and 133.
Just a thought.
I'll do as you wish though just offering help.

I don't want to give up on TS yet, but it is not mandatory. If everyone in A flight just ends up on 133 that is fine, but I still would like to see an effort for TS this month.

middog that would be a good idea. Jump in on TS and that would help with coms between flights. Smiley

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one that has problems like that.
