Some of these are observers (the landed 53 ones).

I thought maddog had gotten at least one buff, so I'm not sure what's up.  The logs were started a bit late, so some things are missing.

The first 45 minutes of flight boring as normal.  Last 5 minutes adrenalin filled.  The allied had a great plan again.  Mix ponies and jugs up high to act like the escorts and attack group when they really were just the escorts.  The initially did a good job of staying high, but Maddog had us higher so we were at least able to get into the bomber group.  I had a pony peppering me for about 2 minutes while I was diving in and out of the buff formations.  My goal was to take as many buffs with me as possible and disrupt their drop.  I got to the formation just before they dropped and I think I help a couple miss their target.  Unfortunately they made a 1 sector loop and came back in and finished the destruction.

PS:  if any of you are into racing, come join the AH racing league on Tuesday nights.  A lot of fun even if you can't place in the top 10.  This last tuesday we had more than 20 racers start the races.

Well, if I had any critique of the plan it was that the 109s should have climbed after about 30 minutes.  We could have then been in position to actually be more than cannon fodder after the ponies arrived.  As it was we were about 10K too low and out of position to do much of anything.  I understand why we were low but we probably should have realized what was going on earlier and climbed up to a higher alt to keep things more even.  At high alts the 109K is as good as any plane but we were at a serious disadvantage.
