Here are 3 really good films.

Each shows a perfect example of

1) Barrel Roll

2) Scissors

3) Vertical Scissors/barrel roll evasion

Notice where the driver is looking at all times and how wide the moves are. Most players do super tight rolls thinking they are actually barrel rolls and never leave the other players reticle.

These films also smash the assumptions that LW planes are boring and use arilons only. Notice the extreme use of reverse rudder and throttle management.

Enjoy.

proper rudder control is critical in all birds as this enhances turns and rolls. remeber flying the bubble is a good way to learn how the rudder works.

thanks Sunking.. will watch today.

A suggestion.. when Outlaw was helping me in the pony he walked me through every step of the acm on that bird he walked me through EVERY step of the way... where to put flaps, airspeed, etc.  If you have a favorite bird and have the time would it be possible to put that in written form for that AC?  I really think it would help the squad especially me overall because I can 'master' a maneuver offline or in the ta then in the MA or scenarios I wind up a bloody spec on the countryside.
