Teamwork is an issue here. That's why it makes sense to have an orginized and disciplined sqaud. It's a shame that (based on my previous experience) such squads are the exception in AA. The game itself has great possibilities (IMHO), and this game just cries out for teamwork; but, alas, teamwork is a rarity, even in the week I've just finished playing. I'd love to be with a decent squad on defense in this game (and on Team Speak), all those Rambo Rushers would be easy pickens . Take care,

Did you play the coop missions or the standard fragfests? I am hoping the coop missions get people into the squad based elements more.
When skernsk and I play on the unofficial server hosted by SIM or MGD, we work together to defeat the AI.

I've played primarily co-op, with some "frag fest" (as you called it ) mixed in. Didn't seem to matter; in both I saw very little team effort, and lots of lone wolf Rambo rushers. Now, some of these Rambo's are actually pretty good, but I'd rather be with a team, acting as a team. I would generally try to stay with my desiganted squad or team leader, but I'm not in a rush so I would have trouble staying with them. I tend to focus on "the mission/goal", and am happy to by-pass target rich areas if I can still complete the mission by doing so. I'm not into "kill count" or personal score. The folks I've played with lately have been decent enough personnaly, and it has been a better game experience for me this time compared to when I played before. I'll continue playing, and will look for that team that I long for - at least for a while. The 332nd has been great as a squad, and I enjoy our camaraderie and game play style. This is a good squad, and finding one like this one in AA would be great. So, how do I locate this "unofficial server" you play on, and when would be a good time to join you there? Thanks,

been on both co-op and fragfest servers finnally found a group today that actually worked toward the objectives on the interdiction map.
don't care for the frag fest not any fun there for me at all reminded me of quaking.
would be nice to be on a server tho with vox and people that worked togther instead of the typing.

Gents, I've posted a request to the guys I shoot with to give you access to their TS server and the IP address of an unofficial server we play on.

anyone playing this on a regular basis or did ya all move on to another one. I only play two right now ww2 and ah cause there are always poeple to play in the mass online. if there are, iam downloading it now at 648kbs should be down in 39 mins..lol i love cabl;e, just5 wondering how hard is training is it like the first one that came out, How good is AI and is it predictble AI you cn sneak up on easy like most are or is it more like ww2ol where you never know what is going to happen. , the only thing i dont like about most of the games that come out. I played DF2 coop for years and ran a server, but most drifted to the frag fest stuff, death matches which i really dont like at all. CoOp is farout but alone games just suck to me, Seems like when i found the massive online games i never went back, the only other coop game i liked was swat 3 goty, swat three and all the maps i hade was fun and had alot of laughs, played with a few but like most guys, left to play another one. I stick with them till everyone else leaves..lol ecept ww2ol

LOL Outlaw, if 'proscrivez' is french, then it is l33t fr3nch! LOL well i would be the last one to know the difference as i have a hard enough time with English sarge the AI in AA is both dumb and pathetic with poor vision at times at other times it can see you through walls and behind doors and will work together to gang bang ya. hit them with a round and they run around like chickens with theirs heads cut off. there really is only 2 maps with AI on them and the rest of the maps all depend on who your there with. replayability of it really depends on who you play with more then the game itself as it really doesn't take long for it to grow stale with out a good group of guys to play with.

You're most welcome sir! Us squad mates help each other (and the fact that you are/were Army didn't hurt either ). So, you're ready to game now, right? In Pursuit,
