I think we should have a new award.  The award should be given to the first Mongrel to die in entire event.  As in Speedee must have had a really unlucky encounter with drifts:

Speedee's death is the very first one chronologically in the event.  Notice skernsk being the good wingman was only a few seconds later  :unsure:  

It looks like we gave better than we received.  9 or so kills and 12-13 assists to 4 deaths.

The Allied can't say that we came in to high, the hurri's were slightly higher than we were at the start.  The spits were all lower, but I think last weeks NOE raid setup this weeks high alt ingress well.

Heh, speedee was coming to try and save me from imminent doom.  I had a spit all over me that I could not outrun, or ourmaneuver.  speedeee came in with alot of speed and I had to break ruining his shot.  When he pulled the poor German engineered plane broke apart!  It must have been built using slave labor.

I soon got 303'd to death and that was the end of it for the Canucks.

In terms of the award, since it is the first Mongrel down ... perhaps we can call it the 'speedee award' to honor the speedy death of our first dog

Ya it was a pretty good night for most of us. I bagged a couple and sondog finished off some for a couple assists and most of us landed. I kinda wanted to take off again, but was pretty tired and went to bed after we landed.

Go ahead and whip something up daddog.  Those little ribbons cause me nothing but grief.  Do me a favor and make it look good, I believe I will be getting a drawer full of them in the coming weeks

awwww jeez thanx guys ..... anyways back to the AAR I remember Skernsk screeming for me to get down and help him with the spit he was tangled with, so I came down (with alot of speed ). He says "I'm gonna break right to help you engage". So I line things up and as I try and get my nose around this terrible moaning sounds starts coming from my 109, but I think this a fine piece of german engineering nothing will go wrong. well the moaning stopped, but unfortunatly it ended with a load snap. I didn't even have time to see what broke before I hit the drink at about 500 MPH.

I get back to the tower, barely have enough time time slap Fritz around for sending me up in a faulty 109, look over a and see Skernsk sitting beside me swearing about some spitfire that filled him full of holes.
