I'm not sure how to title this

When I installed my old copy of CorelDraw8 just recently, it took it upon itself to be the program that pops up anytime I click on a graphic file.  But I do NOT want that.  I deal with photos a lot with my work stuff and having that complex program pop up everytime instead of my simple Irfanview or Photovue is too much.  How do I change that?  I know it's easy and I've done it, but cannot remember how or where to go for the life of me!

Right click on image, Open With > Choose Program. Select program and check "always use the selected prgram to open this kind of file". Click OK.

I wasn't going all the way to "choose program" and instead choosing the program in the list.  Once I went to the bottom of that list to "choose program", another list of programs came up with that checkbox to "always use program."
