To spend on a new MB and processor.

Will gut the one my kids are using and build a new system with that.  Any suggestions?

It is a PIII 450 with a RIVA TNT 32meg Vid card.

Ummm I think it is 250 W.  A new box would not be much. I should get 350 W.  I am happy with what I have,  so it would be for the kids, but I do want it to be able to run BF 1942.
