Here is a Ping trace forHim had me run.  I don't know how to interpret it.

Normally my AH ping is about 30.  But the last couple of days it has been over 1k.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Carbheat,

Did you try calling your ISP and asking them if there are any known issues in your area lately?

I don't see the file. Not sure what you did wrong. Not that I am an expert on reading about pings and hops. Smiley

Wanker is right. More than likely it will be an issue with your ISP. Though about once a week I log on and my pings are over 1000. If I just exit and come back in that does not do it. Nor does my redialing, but if I shut down my system and then redial I am good to go with the usual ping of 90 to 120.

Call your ISP and ask them if something has changed. You can even give them the HTC web site and if they are worth anything they will run a trace route for you and see if there is a hop that hangs which could be causing the problem.
