Not sure what OS your running, but Win2K and XP for sure allow the following:

Either in your IE browser or in the Computer Explorer you can do the following:

Goto the "Address" bar and type
     ftp://<username>@www.332nd.org/
The program will prompt you for <username>'s password.

At this point, if you used the system explore, you will have the normal directory listing on the left and can locate your image file and then either drag and drop to the new "www.332nd.org" folder or use the copy and paste function.

If you used the IE browser, you can do the same, either drag and drop from the explorer directory or use the copy and paste functions.

This should save you from having to install yet another program.

Or if you are really desperate, there is a command line version for windows:
open a command prompt / dos prompt window
Change directories to where your files to be sent are located.
   execute the command
       ftp www.332nd.org
enter username and password when prompted.
       enter "cd /dogs/<handle>"
enter "bin" and enter to turn binary transfer mode on
enter "put filename.jpg"    to transfer file
enter "bye"  to end ftp session.
you are now back at the command line prompt.  To end type "exit"

SmartFTP works very well, too. And it's freeware.
