Its probably failing, but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.

Wed. night -- fly for 1.5 hours no problems.
Thur. night -- try to fly and calibration was funky (wouldn't stay with lots of spikes).  Buttons on both stick and throttle wouldn't work (some would).
Outside of AH use regular mouse to click icon and the properties of the file would be displayed.  In-game keyboard would not work, but "esc" acted like alt-tab.

go into Saitek profile launcher disable loaded profile -- PC returned to normal.
load profile again -- same items as above.

Deleted stick, removed drivers, re-installed again.
calibrate in Windows fine, load profile -- appears to work.
get in game, calibrate and then I loose keyboard again.  -- edit profile and remove rotary definitions as in the chat program they are both spewing input even tho they are in the "deadzone".

Stop, reload profile -- AH text/chat fine now, but keyboard messed up and Windows mouse messed up (properties instead of launching on icons).

recalibrate in windows and AH, fiddle with rotaries and all appears to be good.  Flew 1.5 hours no more problems (except loss of trim controls).

Any ideas?  Running Win2k Pro.

Do you have the latest drivers from saitekusa.com?

ftp://ftp.saitekusa.com/pub/software/SD_W..._0_18master.exe

Did you try increasing the dead zone on your rotaries?  I know if I have a profile on, and the rotaries are not in the dead zone they will completely screw things up (assuming the rotaries are mapped to bands and keyboard commands.)
